How long will my order take to arrive?

Usually within 24hrs—We offer FREE Next-Day Delivery when you collect your order from an ACS shop.

Please keep in mind that if you opt for home delivery, it can take a bit longer—usually three to four business days.

Are your products original?

We have strict procedures in place to ensure that we source only from authorized suppliers. All the products available in our shop are 100% authentic.

In which areas do you ship?

We deliver to all unoccupied areas of Cyprus.

Are there any delivery fees?

Do you have a physical shop in Cyprus?

While our offices and warehouse are located in Nicosia, we operate only as an online shop at the moment, serving customers in all cities of Cyprus.

My order is a gift. I don’t want a receipt or any pricetags.

All items found on our shop have their price tags removed.

I want to change the shipping address.

If you entered the incorrect shipping address, you can let us know through email. Please include your order number and the correct address. If the package has not yet left our facility, we will make the correction. Please note, we are not liable for packages lost in transit due to an incorrect address being provided.

What is your return policy?

You may return eligible products up to 14 days after you receive your goods. Build a Box does not cover the cost of shipping on returns. Please check our full Return Policy, here.
