You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it.
To request a return, you can contact us at info@buildabox.com.cy. If your return request is accepted, we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that if you wish to return a product, you are responsible for covering the cost of shipping it back to us. Additionally, the shipping cost incurred by us to initially send the order to you will be deducted from your refund amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.
Discounted items can be returned at the price they were bought.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalized items and beauty products that are not sealed, due to hygiene reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
