DELIVERY AREAS
We ship to all unoccupied areas in Cyprus.
PICK-UP
Pick up your order from the ACS shop in your area usually within 24 hours after dispatch.
To choose a specific ACS shop, simply enter its name instead of your address (e.g. “ACS Aglantzias”). If no shop is specified, your order will automatically be sent to the closest ACS shop based on the address you provide.
Please allow one full business day after dispatch for your order to be prepared, and delivered to the ACS shop.
Kindly keep in mind ACS working hours. ACS shops are closed on Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and public holidays.
HOME DELIVERY
If you wish your box to be delivered at your place please allow 5-6 full business days after dispatch for your order to be processed, shipped, and delivered. Delivery is carried out by ACS Courier, from Monday to Friday (except holidays), usually between 9am and 5pm.
Ready to Ship items are dispatched within 24 hours. Order on Demand items are sourced especially for you and have an estimated dispatch time of approximately 14 days.
During busy periods ACS Home Delivery often takes longer. To avoid delays, we recommend opting for pick-up.
REMOTE AREAS
Home delivery is not available for Remote Areas. If you are located at a Remote Area (D1, D2, D3) the box will be shipped to the closest ACS shop for pick-up.
If you’re unsure whether your address is considered a Remote Area, click the link here to enter your postcode and check, or contact us beforehand.
Note: If your box isn’t collected on time, ACS will send it back to us. In that case, there will be a €3 charge to resend it.
